V and Terrorism

So in this post i'm going to explain if people would consider V a terrorist, or perhaps a hero?
I've seen a couple of cases like this one, for example: If you've ever seen the popular TV show called Dexter, then this is pretty much the same. Dexter is a serial killer but he only kills serial killers, he's got a code to go by in order to kill. He's been put in situations where he could kill someone, but they are innocent so he lets them go. Believe it or not, in the series, some people were saying that they wanted to leave the Bay Harbor Butcher alone, just to clean the streets. V is slightly different, he kills the people that he doesn't agree with politically. The people that are ruining the country obviously. But he might be a little worse than that. At times, throughout most of the movie, you notice that he kills the people that were running the psychward he was in. The people who were bad at the time. Now, this to me just seems more of like an addict. He's killing people of his past, because they were mean to him or others. So to me that doesn't seem right.
Now for the big question, Is V a terrorist? I would have to say yes. He fits everything that a terrorist is, he blows up buildings, he kills people for next to any reason that anybody else knows about. But some people would have said "let him do it." I guess it's a bit harder to enterprite than one would think. It just depends if your satisfied with your government, because I'm sure that some of the people would love or hate V. So my main point is this...V is a hero, but he's slightly a bit of a terrorist just for the fact that he's blowing up buildings that he does not need to blow up, and he's killing people that don't need to be killed, people that do not deserve it. I'm sure he started out with good intentions but eventually lost his groove when revenge came into his thoughts. V's not perfect, at least not in the eyes of Dexter.
This doesn't mean that V is a complete bad guy, he continues to blow up buildings for the true intention of fixing his country. Which I respect, because he is single handedly taking down the corrupt government of the British. If he were real I would have to support him and hopefully even aid him if given the chance, but only under the circumstance of what I would believe a corrupt government.
