One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

Alright, so I am choosing another book aside from the options on my poll, because, the votes havent come to a majority yet. But I was at the library, and saw the book One Flew Over the Couckoo's Nest, and thought WOW I didn't know that was a book, so I had to go for it.
Anyway, the book is a classic, it came out in 1962, and was written by Ken Kesey. Now to my understanding I've heard that the other books that he's written are not that good, but I could be wrong. But no doubt, this is by far the most popular one that had come out.
It is about a man named Randle Patrick McMurphy, who is a rebel among society. He gets into some trouble and instead of being sent to jail, he is sent to the mental institution to find out if he is a little mentally insane. Being a normal man in a mental hospital, he naturally takes over the place, and being an outgoing person, also becomes friends with nearly all the inmates, he is staying with. Of course there is some run-in's with the head nurse, Nurse Ratched, who doesn't seem to give into anything, including anger. But there are some twists to the story and definetly owns up to it's classic name.
Obviously the book and the movie are a bit different, I've seen the movie a bunch of times, and love it. But according to some people and my own experience the book and the movie are not identical. Books, always have more details. Movie's just can't put everything into it from the book, they have to get rid of certain details, and possibly even change some scenes. Which sometime's is unfortunate, but we have to see reality, that's just the way somethings are.
Honestly, I loved the movie, and I'm sure that if other's see it in this day in age, would realize the same thing. I had first seen that movie probably when I was in 8th grade or so, and liked it. So go out and watch it if you want, it's a great movie, and the longer you wait means your truly missing out.
